Pizza Kitchen (CPK) CPK/ASAP restaurants in the U.S. (excluding airport locations,
stadiums, universities, and Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas). Not valid in Guam or
international locations.
- Our gift cards never expire. No dormancy fees applied to our gift cards.
- Orders received Monday through Friday by 2 PM ET are processed the same day. Gift
Cards ordered after 2 PM ET are processed the next business day.
- CPK Gift Cards may not be returned, except as where prohibited by state law.
